Shipping was prompt and it arrived in good shape

The order expeeince was seamless and the delivery was fast. The only issue was that we wanted to upgrade it to premium delivery with old mattress removal but there was no such option to select.

My mattress came quickly and my grandkids were excited to open it and watch it expand. They thought we would poke it and it would explode, like snapping your fingers. lol. So they were maybe a little disappointed. However, I was delighted that I could sleep on it the first night. It’s quite amazing how they can pack it into such a small roll and how quickly it flattens and firms up.

So far so good a bit on the firm side but after 100 days it should be better.

Sales people very friendly and prepared to answer any questions. Delivery was prompt and seamless.
