J’ai acheté le matelas King d’Endy et, côté confort, je suis très satisfaite. Le matelas est confortable et offre un bon soutien, ce qui rend les nuits agréables. Par contre, je trouve que j’ai beaucoup plus chaud pendant la nuit depuis que je l’utilise. Je ne suis pas certaine si la chaleur provient du matelas lui-même ou de l’ensemble de draps qui était inclus avec la promotion. Mon principal irritant concerne justement les draps et le protège-matelas. La combinaison des deux fait en sorte qu’ils glissent constamment l’un sur l’autre. De plus, le drap contour semble un peu trop grand pour le matelas, ce qui fait qu’il se défait régulièrement durant la nuit. Je vais devoir acheter un autre ensemble de draps pour voir si cela règle le problème de chaleur et de glissement. C’est un peu dommage, puisque j’avais choisi l’ensemble de draps gratuit plutôt que le rabais offert à l’achat. En résumé : excellent confort pour le matelas, mais expérience mitigée avec la literie incluse.

Service and delivery was very fast! Controlling amount of stuffing in the pillow allows sleeper to modify head elevation when experiencing vertigo. Highly recommend Endy!

Endy has integrity. We are very pleased with their customer service . The sleep set didn’t arrive the same day as the mattress. They were in contact and constantly, very quick response. Everything arrived . I had slept on an Endy mattress at my niece’s and we felt pretty confident it was a great mattress. I am a hesitant buyer of the unknown and non - physical sight and touch . We are glad we choose this company.
