My entire system is Emotiva. RMC 1L 3 amplifiers. 9. 2. 6 I love it all. I will say this I get a lot of glitches in the software whenever I use a DVD player I have issues that usually require a hard reset and lately I’ve been getting More and more issues where I have to do a hard reset yet I haven’t seen a firmware update in a while. Having said that the quality of the components in a properly treated room produce absolutely stunning immersive sound.

I purchased this amp on researching what power amps do. I hooked the base a5 to my Yamaha rx a2070 AVR, and I have to say that I am totally impressed with the sound quality that it adds to my old system. The amp is small enough to fit into my current home setup and it was very easy to install. Highly recommend if you want to give your older AVRs some added juice to your home theatre experience.
