Customer service was very good

After MANY years waiting to repair and upgrade my Linn turntable, I finally (in retirement) was able to do it. I needed an updated system to leverage its potential After researching Emotiva, specifically the LB12 speakers, I decided those combined with an XSP-2 and an XPA would fulfill my preferred mode of listening to my vinyl albums in purely two-channel stereo I have thoroughly enjoyed reacquainting myself with my records after setting up the system. The LB12 speakers are especially suited to listening to vinyl, faithfully reproducing the warmth and range of the records. The amp is very responsive and clean, showing no strain with the dynamics of the music I play I have one issue with the XSP-2. At volumes at and above -20 dB there is a noticeable "hum" from the phono stage. This is not present in the Analog 1 input from the CD player. The phono hum is present whether the turntable is connected or not, so I assume it may be internal to the preamp. Is this a known issue? Are others hearing the same thing?

I recently picked up the CMX‑6+ Precision Common Mode AC Line Filter with Surge Protection, the XXLR Balanced XLR Cable, and the XOP Optical Cable, and I’ve been genuinely impressed across the board. The build quality on all three products is outstanding. The CMX‑6+ feels solid and purpose‑built, with the kind of engineering confidence you usually only see in far more expensive power products. The XXLR Balanced XLR Cable has a premium, robust feel with excellent connectors, and the XOP Optical Cable is cleanly finished and sturdier than most optical cables on the market. The craftsmanship is consistent throughout — tight tolerances, clean assembly, and a level of attention to detail that really stands out. Emotiva clearly takes pride in how their products are made. As someone living in Canada, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything arrived. I bought the “last chance” sale for the BasX TA1 and paired it with brand new Klipsch 600M II bookshelf speakers. In hindsight, I wish I would have bought the Airmotiv XB2 , but I couldn’t be more pleased with this integrated amp. I’m getting older and the last thing I need is multiple buttons and knobs just to try and figure out how to listen to my music. I have a power button, input select, and volume control on the front panel and that’s it! easy peasy. Also, my favorite feature…. Blue lights that are dimmable! I can’t stand red and amber lights on audio equipment and honestly, that’s a deal breaker for me. This is my first Emotiva product purchase and I’m pretty sure I’m hooked for life. I can’t stand clutter and confusion and I’m not seeing either in the Emotiva products.

Had heard about the TA1 for atleast a year. when i decided to move up from the smaller class d amps on amazon. so glad i did. sounds beautiful. just a very well made amp. plenty of power.

The XPA-C is really glorious. Honestly it could very easily push power hungry speakers like the ELAC Uni-fi UB52 past the brink and expose every weakness they have. At its price, I’m not aware of a competitor, especially in terms of power, quality, simplicity or function. Runs very cool. Emotiva’s customer service is really second to none as well. I heard a hum from the tweeter at 6’ away. One phone call and a replacement unit was on its way. That brings me to the one negative: noise. Even the replacement unit has a quiet hiss from the tweeter. Not a hum, just a hiss. If you want a truly silent experience, consider two XPA HC-1 monos or the XPA-DR2 Differential Reference. But again, for the price I couldn’t be happier.

Emotiva has proven itself time and again to just be quality in all things. I have been purchasing and using their products since 2020 now and have yet to have a poor experience. The order process is easy, the shipping has always been quick and without issue. The product packaging is always top notch, most items are double boxed and also have plenty of nice foam padding inside as well, I have yet to receive an item damaged from them. The price points for all of the items has been respectable too, for what I'm getting I feel the value is exceptional. I'm currently running T3+, C1+ for a front stage and B1+'s for side & back surrounds in my living room, a PT-100, A-150 & CD-100 for a stereo CD/vinyl setup, and also Xb1's in a stereo setup at my desk and it all sounds fantastic. I also have had to utilize the support team, I have an older A-150 amplifier that was giving me some problems while still within the warranty. Shipped it back, got everything sorted out, returned it to me and it's working great to this day. I plan to continue purchasing Emotiva items as I have a need for them, or as the upgrade to better stuff bug strikes. Thanks for giving me confidence with my audio gear!

I've had my receiver for about five years now, and I started to have a few little issues after connecting it to a new TV, so I sent it back in for repair. Not only were they highly helpful, extremely fast on reply, and incredibly thorough on the repair, they got it back out to me in half the time I expected. Also, I had no idea how empty my home was gonna feel without the quality of music that comes through this system. I'm so glad to have all of these pieces back in play.

My relationship with Emotiva started a few years ago with a BasX amplifier, and I was impressed enough that I added an XPA Gen3 amplifier about a year later. Most recently, I purchased the RMC-1+ processor. Every order has shipped quickly, and whenever I've needed customer support, the team has been responsive and resolved my issues fast. The amplifiers have been amazing, real workhorses that have never given me a reason for concern. The RMC-1+ sounds fantastic as well, though I've noticed a couple of minor quirks I'm hoping get ironed out in future firmware updates. I'd welcome the chance to share more detail with the team if it would help. Even so, the overall experience, from the products themselves to the support behind them, has kept me a loyal customer, and I'd happily recommend Emotiva to a friend.
