Amazing. I did not expect such a large increase in sound quality from moving my LCR to a separate amp. The sound is so crisp and clean. Under just the old receivers power, movie vocals always sounded a bit muffled like there was either a slight bad echo or they were talking from behind a wall. I had always just figured it was my rooms acoustics or the speaker quality. Boy was I wrong. The amp solved everything. Absolutely buying from Emotiva again when I’m ready for my next upgrade.

Fast and free

These sound full and balanced as L and R speakers. It was easy to rotate the tweeter 90 degrees. An improvement over my Klipschs and bass is adequate enough that I often switch my sub off.

I bought this on sale to replace an old Adcom pre amp after watching the Cheap Audio Mans review, thinking I may also purchase a new dac as well. After listening t quite a few cd's I am very happy with the internal dac and will probably buy a new sub instead. If you are using a 20+ year old pre amp I highly recommend the PT2.

Since I’ve returned the RMC+ but kept hold of the XPA Gen 3 Amp, I withhold a Star as I have not been refunded as yet. If and when Emotiva provides a Firmware Update, or maybe a Hardware Update as may be necessary and is possible it being the RMC+, Only then can I say whether I’ll pull the trigger again, and thus happily Sell the AV20!

Super impressed! I upgraded from 90s mini advent ii for my desktop setup and these things sing! Love being able to hear the space of venues and these replicate that magnificently! Highly recommend! Almost wish I had gone for the XB2 since they are on sale!

What a big help ! It is a great partner for my yamaha rxa 6a. It significantly better, improves the clarity of sound, cleaner and enhanced the power of my two tower speakers (polk audio signature s60) Now I am not worried about my Y’ rxa 6a by off loading the two main speakers. Finally, I am satisfied of the sound resulting to a detailed soundstage overall.

Purchased this amp to run my Dolby Atmos speakers needless to say phenomenal couldn’t be more pleased. Customer service was spot on.

I first heard about Emotiva from the Cheap Audio Man (CAM) on YouTube. I made a spreadsheet of speakers, qualities that I needed, and price. I knew from reviews that an speaker from Emotiva would have the clarity and revealing nature that I was chasing. Over Thanksgiving, I heard on that the speakers were on sale, and I nabbed those. A couple days later, the Cheap Audio Man YouTube channel came through again with news about the BASX A2L+ 2-channel amplifier. Within 5 minutes, I'd found what I wanted on the Emotiva website and ordered it. It was a breeze. I got emails immediately after order detailing where my speakers were being made (spoiler: here in the USA, Franklin, TN) and when they might arrive. A few days later, I got an email that they were on the way with easy-to-use links to tracking. I had such a comfortable, familiar shopping experience that I ordered the amplifier before the speakers even arrived. I was that confident in the process. For a guy that orders virtually everything on Amazon, that's saying something. It all sounds sooooo good. I listen to a lot of new rock and pop. But when Live For Today by Grass Roots came on, my head spun like an owl. That guitar string sounded like it was a hand-width from my head. Wow, what an experience. I'd recommend Emotiva to any audiophile family, friends, or anyone that just doesn't know what to buy.
