Site with several errors (clear or by omission): the 5-7 jours de délai de livraison est rarement respecté. Plus de trois semaines de retard pour mon sommier. Qui est livré en kit, sans notice de montage (les vidéos et pdf trouvés sur le net ne concernent pas le modèle que j'ai reçu). Ce qui n'est indiqué nulle part sur le site emma belgique ! J'avais commandé un sommier, pas un jeu de bricolage. Et alors l'obséquiosité de leur service AV, à vomir "oui Céline, je vous comprends Céline". Zut quoi, j'suis pas ta copine, arrête de m'appeler par mon prénom, et arrête de dire que tu me comprends alors que c'est pas le cas et qu'en fait tu t'en fiches totalement.

Commande 1000746362 FUYEZ !!!!! Je mets une étoile car je dois en mettre minimum 1!!! Sinon ça serait 0!!! Fuyez ce site, je me bats avec eux pour avoir ma commande, ils me mènent en bateau me disant que ma livraison est dans les locaux du transporteur, ce qui n'est pas vrai!!! Faites bien attention aux 14 jours pour annuler votre commande sinon vous perdez de l'argent. Site mensonger.

Emma delivers beautiful stuff without a doubt. Their service staff do their best, but the site and tracking is unfortunately hopeless. If an order for bedding is not correct it is pointed out that I did not specify this correctly. But I never received the order confirmation and on my account I only see a collective name for the bedding, not the separate products, so you can't check anything. After much difficulty again received return labels. New order placed for correct items, but remains almost two weeks on "payment receive". Contacted again, they would now send a complete set. Delivery time? Again more than 1 week later if at all. Took me a long time and order not yet executed. This is something Emma needs to look at urgently. Excellent product, but site etc really needs to be worked on.
