Terrible return service. It is impossible for me to return my pillows because I live in an "non-serviceable are". If they are able to ship the content to where you live, you should be able to return it. As easy as it is.

Arrived at my door: was quite heavy so I rolled it to the bedroom. No more back aches! Made exceptionally well, thank you for sleeping good, thanks.

Shipping with Fed Ex was problematic, and one mattress was “lost”. A speedy reorder for me was done by customer service, so easy for me. It’s a shame that Emma Sleep had lost goods: as a small business owner, I understand and hope that the shipping company treats them as well as they treated me.

Purchased king size, but it is actually smaller than king size. Sheets are too loose on mattress. Otherwise, the mattress is ok.
