Only lose a star because the whole automated shipping experience was not very informative, then trying to get more information out of the chatbot was extremely frustrating.

Tracking on shipping was non existent. Tried ordering from a different location than the address on my card so the order kept getting cancelled. Ordered it from home and it finally went through. Bit of a pain

Order was seamless. Easy to order. Arrived on time. Delivered on promise. I would only mention that customer support is a hassle and thank god i didnt need it. But there are a lot of negative comments on social and online that made me scared after ordering thinking they were a scam or that orders come wrong and all of them complained abt customer support. However in my experience, everythg worked out the way it shld and i had no problem and also customer support sent me many emails to reply on my request and did mang follow ups to check if i received mg order as it should. I personally recommend it
