Product came way earlier than expected

Great purchase experience, never thought i'd buy a vaccuum sealed mattress before, but the unboxing was quite simple.

Prompt delivery, easy un-pack and very comfortable. Noticed no de-gassing.

It took longer to get to us than was expected

I really love the mattress. But shipping was not so lovely. . . . The delivery guy never rang the doorbell and left both mattress we ordered in the middle of the alley almost on the sidewalk. . . . 2000$ worth of mattress ! Those are pretty heavy box, so I was left alone to pick them inside. . . Not a good shipping services

I was actually quite surprised that I received my mattress within 3 business days. There's a lot of misinformation online regarding the company being European and made in Mexico. Fact is that all Emma mattresses shipped to Canada are actually manufactured in Canada.

Fast order confirmation with sooner than expected shipping. Box was heavy. . I could see how many would not be capable of morning it up/downstairs alone

Easy to order, the delivery is fast!

Shipping was ok! Just it's big and the shipping company only works Monday to Friday 9 to 5. So if you work the same hours, guess what! Your pick it up yourself!
