Shipping was ok but could’ve been better. Box was all ripped but contents were ok. Was gonna return before it arrived but so far a good mattress. Takes at least a month to get used to it as it’s really firm for the first month

Shipping was fast, although the courier didnt even knock on my door or ring my doorbell and left the box behind my vehicle in my drive way, it was a larage heavy box and im a tiny chick. . . so it was interesting but because of the handles on the box i was able to get it up the stairs. But i have no complaints about the mattress, pillows or merchant.

Shipping was fast and directly in front of my door. It come with little knife to help open the wrapping.

Need a new delivery company as I've read in numerous posts. . . our stuff tooks 2 weeks to arrive and arrived over several deliveries which were untrackable on Canpar's site. . . the bed, cover and pillows are amazing, but, you really need to change your courier service.
