AMAZING COMFORT This bed was bought for my 18-yr old son. He is a bigger kid, and this bed has relieved the back pain he was feeling with his old mattress. He has said that is just firm enough but also soft enough to prevent it from sagging on him. He has slept better and is waking up pain free.

Shipping and service was fine just note you will have to wait 30 days before you can even bring a return to the company's attention. The quality of the pocket springs and the hybrid mattress has been my issue but I'll be able to return that any day now.

Shipping was quick arrived on time. I unpackaged myself. Would not recommend to do this solo if you moving it up stairs. Had a gassing smell for a few days. Bed was ready to use within a few hours. I am a heavy person and I did alot of research before getting this mattress. Literally no sinkage my partner sleeps next and doesn't feel me turning or coming off the bed. That's a huge upgrade from my other mattress. I also get up with no headaches or back pain. Hopefully it lasts me for a few years. Love it so far. Also first time getting a bed in a box mattress. Definitely a keeper.
