Pros: comfy, good motion isolation, thickness is as advertised, medium firmness at least (advertised as soft, so this can be a minus for others). Cons: edge support is quite lacking, smell still lingers after around 2 weeks, inconsistent corners (some look rounded, some don't)

AMAZING COMFORT This bed was bought for my 18-yr old son. He is a bigger kid, and this bed has relieved the back pain he was feeling with his old mattress. He has said that is just firm enough but also soft enough to prevent it from sagging on him. He has slept better and is waking up pain free.

Shipping and service was fine just note you will have to wait 30 days before you can even bring a return to the company's attention. The quality of the pocket springs and the hybrid mattress has been my issue but I'll be able to return that any day now.
