Discovering them during a cruise last year, i bought a necklace for my wife which was the most expensive piece of jewelry we ever bought(2000$ cad) i fell in love with alexandrite but that was too expensive. I went on a different cruise this year, and effy was still on board. Having thought about alexandrite for a year and a half, i decided i wanted a piece of jewelry with it. We agreed on a ring and i had a fair price on it and it looks amazing. I also bought a smaller tanzanite ring. The people at the shop were all so nice and knew their products. Once back at home, i started to check online at effy. com and my god its full of amazing , beautiful jewelry, craftship at its finest. I gave in and bougth myself a ring, a pendant, and a splendid pair of amethyst earring for my wife. Place the order on saturday, delivered next wednesday. I think effy is more than a great jewelry store, but be prepared to spend a lot of money, everything is so marvelous, but worth every penny!

Wish there were different sizes, larger ones.

I enjoy all the pieces I have because they are very different. Mountings and varied gems makes each piece unique and for me exciting since my taste in jewelry has changed over time and finding what is not traditional is delightful.
