The earrings were beautiful and matched my necklace. However, one of the closures did not click and securely and the earring fell apart right away. The other closure did close but not tightly. I returned these as I didn't want to worry about losing them.

Costs associated with shipping was not shown in Check out page so got dinged with additional duties on top of shipping. A simple warning would suffice considering the checkout page says shipping times may vary, not weekends, etc. Not buying Effy again. Nothing special as similar jewellery can be found elsewhere.

It was a great pleasure and experience to work with Raphael G. I had seen a pendant in the store front of the EFFY Jewelry Store in Skagway, AK but did not get a chance to go in and personally check it out (but did take a picture of it). That night was in the EFFY store on board the ship but they were unable to locate this pendant. The next day we were in Ketchican, AK. so I went into the EFFY store there and they too were unable to locate it. I also looked up this pendant on the website and I was unable to find it. I contacted EFFY via email and Raphael got the information that I had along with the picture that I had and he was able to find this pendant for me. I was very pleased and grateful. Before long I was purchasing this beautiful pendant. EFFY’s customer service is the best! I would not hesitate to buy anything from them! Maybe the other pendant that I have in mind will be back in stock soon.
