I purchased a watch, recently. on a cruise. Only worn a few times. I was looking at it and saw scratches on the outside band. I reached out to EFFY and they paid to have it sent back to them. I was given the option to have it buffed out, or a new watch. I choose a new watch. No clue why band had scratches on it, the watch was brand new. They sent a new watch back. Insured. Paid for, quickly. Thanks for standing beyond your product.

I am not a person the prefer shopping on-line the 2 times I had done was because did not have any choice. I like to see and try the peaces before buying, I found out by going to 5th Ave Effy flagship store and find out that is not Effy. . meaning what i bought online it does not represent Effy 5th Ave. I was so upset and disappointed that next time if there is any, I will be very mindful of shopping online. It shouldn't be like that. But thank you It was a pleasure buying some of your jewelery but the way you do business i am not familiar with. Sorry

I love my earrings just concerned that the closure is too easy, I am afraid I may loose them. I have other earrings with same closure but they are tighter closure. Is there something that can be done?

Shipping was fast! They had the size it for me which added a couple of days. I like the fact that FedEx makes somebody sign for it and show ID.
