I’m not sure what’s going on I received my d’oro ring but it was not in the best condition. Came scuffed all on the bottom as if it was used. Disappointed. I emailed in about it and someone responded that they MAY be able to do a discount and to respond w my decision. I responded and asked for the discount and I guess they decided that they no longer will do it. Very dissatisfied I loved this piece and now I don’t know what to do. The only way I can see to contact them is through email and I emailed two more times after that and still no response. Not very happy

I absolutely love this necklace and all the sparkle it exudes!! But darn it, getting it unclasped to use or remove for the night is a nightmare!!! It is so difficult to unclasp this beautiful necklace and put it on. I want to wear this necklace just about every other day, but the clasp is just a pain!! A pain to want to use. I am thinking of returning it, sadly.
