I haven’t received my purchase yet. It was being delivered by fed ex and requires a signature. Im not home during the day so no one was ever there to sign for it. Instead of holding it at the post office or fed ex where o could pick it up it was returned to Effy

Gorgeous ring. However when I inquired about a size 5, I was told no and if I purchased a ring and had it sized it would void the warranty? When I was invoiced, which did make things easier, I reached out, asked about a smaller size, a 6. She didn't change the size. I received my ring went to a jeweler and I was sent a 7 1/2. So needless to say I am very disappointed about Effy's sizing. But I really love my new ring.

Effy products have gone downhill in regard to quality and it is not at all easy to speak with someone from Effy. They would prefer email contact even though one spends many thousands of dollars. In my opinion Effy sucks!!
