Thank you for the beautiful aquamarine, amethyst/diamond, green amethyst and citrine rings! They are stunning. They fit a bit differently than my other rings from you but that's just the way of it I guess. On the FedEx delivery front something went wrong with my buzzer/phone and I missed the driver though I was sitting there waiting BUT FedEx CAME BACK same day and delivered. Thanks for taking the care to use FedEx instead of a fly by night org and I don't even mind having to pay for it myself as I trust them just like I trust your jewelry!

I haven’t received my purchase yet. It was being delivered by fed ex and requires a signature. Im not home during the day so no one was ever there to sign for it. Instead of holding it at the post office or fed ex where o could pick it up it was returned to Effy

Gorgeous ring. However when I inquired about a size 5, I was told no and if I purchased a ring and had it sized it would void the warranty? When I was invoiced, which did make things easier, I reached out, asked about a smaller size, a 6. She didn't change the size. I received my ring went to a jeweler and I was sent a 7 1/2. So needless to say I am very disappointed about Effy's sizing. But I really love my new ring.
