Side sleeper here with very broad shoulders. Love the idea of the adjustable height but also a comfortable contour. I can max the height with both pads to fit nicely in the crook of my neck and the pillow compresses comfortably while still maintaining a firm shape

Love this pillow. I used to have trouble sleeping through the night and would wake up with neck pain and headaches. The Ecosa pillow has really helped with all of that. The trial period made me feel comfortable giving this a try and I'm so glad I did! Shipping was fast!
