I'm a perpetual tosser and turner. Every few hours I needed to move because of a pain in my neck. After 2 nights sleeping on the Ecosa pillow, that pain is gone! Every few nights I'll need to switch from the smaller to larger end, but thats it! I didn't explicitly purchase this for the cooling ability, but I've noticed that as well: It definitely sleeps cooler than any other pillow I've had.

Overall, I really do like this pillow. It did take about a week or so for me to get used to the slope and shape. I had to use at least two of the pads in order to get it to where I wanted it. The only drawback is that it seems to get warm sometimes, which wakes me up. Other than that, I sleep well!
