I had to return my last sofa bed that was shipped in cardboard that was ripped in places and the contents damaged. My Ecosa sofa was shipped in heavy cardboard with excellent packing and arrived in pristine shape. The steps to setting up were included with good diagrams and printed on waterproof “paper”.
