Customer service was excellent. A bit of constructive criticism; I had to choose between waiting a month to receive the item by post or pick up in store. I don't usually mind click and collect (although I am disabled so sometimes that's a difficult option for me) but if the item is in stock in a local store why couldn't it be sent from there instead of the warehouse with significant delay? I would've been happy to pay extra postage for the privilege if that was necessary. Also; the Midland showroom in Perth is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly, but Midland is a hellscape to drive through and 30mins+ away from pretty much everywhere in Perth. If you get an opportunity to relocate to Osborne Park or Cannington or somewhere similar I would highly recommend it. After my trip to the Ecosa store I've sworn I will never go to Midland again unless it is a dire emergency! 😂

Absolutely love my king size Ecosa Pure mattress! From the first night, the comfort and support were noticeable. It strikes the perfect balance between firm and plush, keeping my back well-supported while still feeling incredibly comfortable. The king size gives plenty of space (hubby, puppy and a baby), and the quality feels premium and well-made. I’ve been sleeping deeper and waking up without aches, which says it all - especially being a new mum. Highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking to upgrade their sleep!

We love this sofa. We use it for my son's room as a floor bed, and when guests come over, we are able to configure it accordingly depending on how many guests we have. We're especially thrilled with how comfortable it is as a mattress. Other sofa beds we've had are tough and hard - all our guests have loved this, and so has our son. Highly recommend.
