Very happy, great pillow, took quite a while to get used to the softness, but even though it's soft, it still gives structural support. I came from a memory foam pillow so it felt too soft at first, but I did get used it and I love the eggshell top layer

The pillow is great. Especially for side sleepers. It took me a little while to get used to. It is made well and seems as though it will last me a good while. I removed the two smaller inserts and am sleeping on the larger one for my own personal preference. Shipping was fast. Very happy with my purchase.
