I recently purchased the Ecosa Essence Mattress and so far I’m extremely impressed. The mattress has the right balance of comfort and support—soft enough to feel cosy but firm enough to keep my back aligned. I’ve noticed less tossing and turning through the night and wake up without soreness. Delivery was quick, setup was easy, and the mattress expanded perfectly within a few hours. Overall, great quality for the price and I would happily recommend it.

I am really happy with my customer experience with Ecosa. I experienced a 2. 5 month delay, from ordering to delivery. On 4 Dec Ecosa emailed to advise my order had been sent to EM freight for delivery. This was confirmed by the freight company. I think due to Christmas it caused an unexpected delay because I didn’t receive my order until 31 December. However, I understand that this delay was out of Ecosa’s control and I’m ultimately very happy with my new sofa bed.
