I bought this pillow because I have hypermobility issues and needed something to help stabilise me while I sleep. I found it works! I really love it and find it super comfy and would happily buy it again. My only downsides would be that I would love it if ecosa could sell cotton pillow cases to cover the pillow as I've found it abit hard to find something that fits it.

I've been using an original Ecosa for about 5 years. My main problem lately has been getting too hot at night and ending up with a soggy pillow slip. The cooling pillow has made that a lot better. It's still only early Spring. I'm wondering whether I'll need to use the pillow without a pillow slip in the middle of Summer in order to benefit fully from the cooling cover on the pillow. I suspect so, but the cover is also washable, making that a viable option. So far it's been very helpful.

Fast delivery, customer service and response time was great. The ONLY thing I wasn’t happy about was that even though I selected ‘must be signed for, don’t leave at door’ the courier DID leave it at my door in full view of the road! Ecosa did apologise and would investigate. Other than that I’m delighted with my sofa (Nimble Sofabed). Beautiful quality
