Just about to order more as very happy with my first use lot , its works great no more checking levels just pop in a tablet and its sparkly clean from the begining , would definitely recommend this .

I placed a one star review on here after a week or so and was not impressed at all, after speaking to the young lady on the phone, maybe something I should have done first, I was given advice and guidance on how to fix the issue. I replaced the filters on the spar which were over a year old and put more tablets into the dispenser, with also a single dose of one chlorine tablet too and the water came back to being lovely and clear again. I had run the program as directed on the packaging running the pumps for an hour with the cleaner in the pool, and refilled with the new regime in place. we have now enjoyed the spa on a few occasions and there isnt a chemical smell, my wife who reacted badly to the previous chlorine treatment now is itch free, the water is clear and smells a lot better, no chemical smell. I will carry on with the new system and am now convinced and confident that this product is far superior to the chlorine and chemical balancing act that we had to do before. I also felt that I should add to my previous review and describe my further thoughts and hats off to the company for posting the negative experience that I had described in disappointment. The only negative is that I think more of the sanitiser tablets need to be used than is supplied in the kit for three months treatment, I have bought further tablets which will suffice for a couple of fills.

Trying to sort this issue as we are heavy users so probably just need to add more tablets.

I'm an 'early adopter' and decided to buy this as an alternative to AquaFinesse, which seems to still use the 'dastardly' chlorine tablet and which we've been using in our tub for the last coupl've years. The extra fiver for eco3spa over and above AquaFinesse price seemed good value so I took the plunge and decided to try this as there's no chlorine in it whatsoever and to finally say that we've gone chlorine free! So far its worked a treat and I'll be back for more when we need it!

At last I've found a product without any chlorine. It smells nice, it makes my skin feel great and it works. What's not to like? I am recommending eco3spa to all my friends and family who have hot tubs.

2wk into my first month used a few extra number 3 tablets and hay presto clear water all looks good :-)

We have been using Eco3Sps for about a month and I can throughly recommend it. No horrible chemical smell, lovely clear water, no foaming and no skin irritation. Add to that no hit and miss water balancing it’s a fabulous product and I for one am won over. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Eco3Spa is so much more convenient. No more dipping the sticks in the water to check the levels, simply pop a tablet in 5 mins before each use and away you go!!

Perfect crystal clear water - really easy to use too!!

After struggling with foaming in our hot tub we discovered this fantastic 3 step system, it’s early days but the foaming seems to have stopped. It’s also fantastic for your skin, no more dry itchy skin after using the hot tub. Also no checking levels, just pop in a sanitizer tablet and it’s ready to go.

It works very well the water stays clear and well balanced, there is no smell from the water and its easy to use

Followed the instructions and emptied the tub, cleaned it and replaced the filters, filled it and used it once, put the right amount of tablets both before and after bathing, ever since that one time the water went green and stayed green, I have continued to put one tablet in each day but it has made no difference, the plus point is it did not make my wife come out in a rash from the chemicals but it doesnt look great and it is quite expensive for what you get especially as it doesnt work at all

Amazing, have always used eco one but this system is in another league ! Highly recommended
