I wanted to try something different to the chorine we had been using since we got our hot tub in 2011. So after watching the video and reading up on eco3spa, I thought we'd give it a go. I have to say I was a little disappointed, when I did the 1st treatment, as unlike the video, we had hardly any scum from the pipes. Then I thought, perhaps we had done a really good job keeping it clean. So, we progressed, and emptied, then cleaned it fully and refilled it, did stage 2 then added the tablets. I think we had to add more tablets than what we expected too, but we now seem to have it under control. The water now feels softer, if that is possible, smoother and just nicer. When friends have been round and used the tub, we haven't told them what we've done just asked if the water feels different, and they have all said yes. The main thing we have notice is that your skin feels much better, again smoother, and not so dry, the wife doesn't have to use as much moisturiser as with the chlorine. Overall, although I think, it cost slightly more than the chlorine, there is no way I would go back. Really, really pleased with it, and better than we expected. Ian.
