Delivered swiftly and the product is great

A great new product. Which works exactly as described, this appears to be a real advance compares to chlorine based water treatment products. Water quality is good and there's no chemical smell, skin or eye irritation. We are a small boutique spa business and our clients and staff really appreciate the improvement compared with chlorine. Plus it's good for the environment.

Excellent customer service. I was having problems with the website not allowing me to sign up for a subscription. When I spoke to customer service they investigated the problem and got back to me. All sorted now. The products arrived quickly in good packaging. Very happy.
