I must say, your customer service is superb! I originally ordered a 90 L bag by mistake when I wanted a 110 L bag. I contacted customer service and they immediately replied to me and unfortunately the smaller bag was already shipped. I then ordered a larger one and when the smaller one came, I returned it. It was less than a week before I got my refund! I would highly recommend this brand/compnay to anyone!

I have a rather old (couple decades almost) wheeled carry-on /convertible backpack 21" I am still using. It's canvas with seams still tight and no fraying. The front zip on pocket, however, did go missing on a trip. I highly recommend the brand for durability. Have a question of who to contact if trying to get a replacement piece?

My Eagle Creek 21" roller bag was purchased in 2012 for a trip to Japan and has since been to dozens of countries on 4 continents and every type of travel from business trips, travel all over Japan and Europe, trips through rugged areas of Costa Rica, and more. It's held up and still going strong. It was well worth the money. While slightly small (I got it so it would fit in with smaller carry-on rules on Japanese trains and European airlines), it never has issues fitting in on any airline's overhead bins. I've considered maybe I should get a slightly bigger spinner roller bag when my Eagle Creek bag gives out, but it's showing very little signs of wear and tear even after everything it's been put through. It was an incredibly great purchase.
