I'm very happy and pleased with the warranty service of Eagle Creek. Both wheels of my - 15 year old - Eagle Creek Warrior LT 22 were broken. I send the two broken wheels to the European Eagle Greek service center (in Germany) and within 10 days I received a new set of wheels. Free of charge. Fantastic. Many thanks.

I must say, your customer service is superb! I originally ordered a 90 L bag by mistake when I wanted a 110 L bag. I contacted customer service and they immediately replied to me and unfortunately the smaller bag was already shipped. I then ordered a larger one and when the smaller one came, I returned it. It was less than a week before I got my refund! I would highly recommend this brand/compnay to anyone!
