I first purchased Eagle creek xl backpack with wheels when we decided to travel through Europe almost 45 years ago. It has been the only brand we buy since then. Because I believe in the quality I even bought smaller back pack on wheels for my kids to use at school. I hate when yoh have to replace school backpacks throughout the year because they are cheaply made. I’d rather pay more and have them use it forever. I bought my oldest son a backpack on wheels when his school was traveling. He was about 13. He’s 24 now and still uses it. The company itself is great to work with. After 30 something years you will need to have a wheel replaced or the handle fixed. I buy their pieces because I know they stand behind them. Seriously you can buy 4-6 cheap brands and have them brake of not work correctly over 45 years or you can buy quality eagle creek products and travel with no worries. My sons case after 11 years still hasn’t had to have anything fixed. I just ordered a new piece for my son. He’s young but wanted a bigger piece of luggage for longer trips. He wanted the orv 30”. He’s been saving for a few years and now purchased his first piece. Customer service is great! They really care and they do right by you.
