I had a little shipping SNAFU with FedEx for a package that seemed to have gotten stuck at their processing center. I had been going back and forth with FedEx for 2 days trying to figure out what the deal was. Finally, I called EC Customer Support. Britt immediately asked if I had a travel deadline and offered to overnight a replacement order for my trip and let us figure out this mess when I get back. They have great responsiveness, and this experience, although frustrating, has motivated me to buy more stuff from them. Thanks!

The 36” bag is perfect for me (allow 2 free bags of 50 lbs), so I bring 2 bags or 100 lbs of luggage. Will stay for 60 days in Bangkok, with side trips. Also able to bring gifts back.

I just got back from my inaugural trip with my new Eagle Creek Isolate cubes, and I have to say, I'm a huge fan. I used two medium and one small for 8 days in Mexico City and still had some spare room in my Monos carryon for other items. The cubes are very easy to pack. You just place your items inside, close it up, and zip the compression zipper. There's a limit to how much you can compress, but that's not a fault of the product. That's just physics. If you haven't tried packing cubes yet, get these. If you're in the market for compression cubes specifically, get these. Just get these! They're great!
