Eagle creek has good customer service.

Great product for airplane travel

My experience with Eagle Creek has always been the best. They exemplify a company with great organizational skills, professionalism on all levels, and timely and complete replies. My most recent experience- my Tarmac suitcase needed two repairs and I needed it before a trip. I made arrangements not to have my Tarmac back in time for the trip but it was back in record time (with mailing both ways). I was frankly shocked when it was repaired in less than 5 days AND the repairs were so professional my Tarmac looks new! The best decision I made years ago was to purchase a suitcase from Eagle Creek. Eagle Creek deserves 10+ stars.

Online shopping worked fine

Excellent

I received my bag when expected and in good condition.

20+ year old carry on with a million air miles on it -- plastic "tires" on the wheels disintegrated -- and were still covered under warranty!! Eagle Creek provided discount shipping to the closest repair facility, and in about 3 weeks I had my beloved bag bag - good as new.

Great service.

Great product. Great service. Great guarantee and support.

Have had a Suitcase since 2013, Needed it for work. Traveled quite a bit both locally and internationally. Needless to say, the suitcase has been used. I discovered a rip on my last trip out west. Reaching out to Eagle Creek, they advised me to complete a repair request. I completed the request, got the authorization, and shipped it to a listed repair facility. They stated, if it could be repaired, the repair may take up to 8 weeks. I was a little skeptical. Not only did I get it back in about 12 days, but the repair was flawless, looking like it was brand new. Eagle Creek really came through their warranty Big Time. They will always be my first choice from now on.

Eagle Creek stands by their products and is backed up by extraordinary customer service people. Highly recommend them!
