Wanted to return as my parter got the same product but the hassle of it was out of this world. Firstly, the UK is not on the return list even though thats where i ordered from. Then they told me to return to an address that cost me more than half the price of the product which is ridiculous. They also said i had to put the box in another box in order to send. Where was i meant to find a box that big? And why? The hassle was just not worth it. Customer service was fast but not helpful because the the policies are ridiculous

Excellent pram and very well made with sturdy handle and easy to manoeuvre. Folds to a compact size. Would highly recommend.

De DERYAN XP XL buggy heeft ons positief verrast. Hij rijdt soepel, is stevig maar toch licht en heel gebruiksvriendelijk. Ons kindje zit er prettig in en de buggy is ideaal voor zowel korte ritjes als langere wandelingen. Ook het inklappen gaat snel en makkelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

very disappointed. my kid couldnt have her present in christmas because although I made the order many weeks in advance, the product was out of stock and nobody informed me until I sent an email asking for the delivery. Very bad management

Shipping was on time. But the quality of the products they sell is rubbish.

Helaas klikt het hekje aan 1 kant niet goed dicht. Hierdoor blijft het netje aan 1 kant niet goed omhoog

Arrived on day it was said to. Packaging was geat. Delivery updates were on point and beneficial.

Wat een verschrikkelijk bedrijf. Maximaal reclame maken en stunten met kortingen. Vervolgens besteld, blijkt niet op voorraad en pas 6 weken later. Makkelijkste oplossing wordt geboden: u krijgt geld terug. Of wachten tot 28 december dan wordt het verzonden. Inmiddels 30 december en nog steeds niks verzonden en geen reactie op mail. Ik bestel hier nooit meer.
