Our overall experience with DERYAN was mixed. Delivery took significantly longer than expected, which was disappointing. The product itself is functional and lightweight, but considering its premium price, I expected noticeably better build quality and durability. Overall, I don’t feel the quality fully matches the price.

Begin mei 2 reisbuggy’s besteld maar zijn nooit toegekomen . Ik had ze dringend nodig dus heb ik er elders besteld want men kon niet zeggen wanneer ze geleverd worden. Om de bestelling te annuleren moest ik een maand wachten! Nu bijna 2 maanden verder heb ik mijn geld nog steeds niet terug gekregen. Bestel nooit bij Deryan!

Mooie degelijke buggy, makkelijk in te klappen neemt weinig ruimte in. Snel geleverd, al vaker bij Deryan gekocht altijd goed.

I am very disappointed with how Deryan has handled the issue with a child's bike I bought from them. The bike has a problem: the front wheel cannot be attached to the fork because the gap between the fork blades is too narrow—one of them appears to be bent. I have received no response from Deryan's support team since the purchase a month ago, despite numerous emails, phone calls, and sent photos and videos. I regret the purchase; as it stands, the bike has no front wheel, and I haven't been refunded! It’s baffling in this day and age. Even their AI email system acknowledges the frustration, yet "their human colleagues"—as they call them—do nothing; there are no replies and no action taken. The bike looks nice, but it’s impossible to assemble, and there’s no response! It’s terrible service on their part! Et en français parce que je suis français : Trés déçu par Deryan concernant le traitement du probléme que j ai avec un vélo pour enfant que j ai acheté chez eux. Le vélo a un problème : la roue avant ne peut pas être fixée à la fourche du vélo, l axe entre les deux fourches est trop étroit, une parait tordue. Aucune réponse du support de Deryan depuis l achat il y a un mois, et cela malgré de nombreux mails et appels téléphoniques et envois de photos et vidéos. Je regrette mon achat et pour l instant, le vélo n a pas de roue avant et je ne suis pas remboursé !!!!! Incompréhensible de nos jours. Même leur IA qui traite les mails reconnait que c est pesant mais "leurs collegues humains" comme ils disent ne font rien, pas de réponses, pas de réactions. Le vélo est joli mais pas possible de le monter et pas de réponse !!! C est nul de leur part ! Un zéro pointé. total zero.

kussen ontbrak bij levering, een kussen nasturen was niet mogelijk, de compensatie van 10 euro volstaat niet om zelf een kussen aan te kopen. En dat was een verjaardagskado. . . . niet leuk

Shocking through and through. Lied about shipping times on the website, massively miss sold the tent as well. There is no was this tent is a four man tent barely room for two people. And 5000mm water proof is a massive lie. My friends both purchased 2000mm waterproof tents from elsewhere and when it rained my tent was the only tent that let loads of water in The base is flimsy and bends im the wind constantly. Honestly the worst tent iv ever used I want my money back

Thank you very much. I am very happy with the stroller. It is lightweight, easy to fold, and perfect for traveling. The only thing I would suggest is improving the wheels. They feel a little weak, and if they were made stronger, this stroller would be even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you!
