Very poor customer service and low quality product. The Deryan team are very busy fulfilling orders but not prioritising customer service. I would not recommend as I have yet to receive a response from Deryan team on my 2 complaints. Even after my threat with a legal letter from the consumer protection agency, I only got a standard answer.

Very disappointing experience with Deryan. I ordered a mattress almost seven weeks ago and still haven't received it. I've already visited the pickup point twice myself to try to resolve the issue, yet Deryan continues to tell me to wait for their carrier instead of offering a proper solution. I paid for a product I never received, and customer service has been slow and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I expected much better.

I bought this air traveller and realised one of the cushions had a hole in it when I opened the package. I straight away notified the seller and they said they would send me a replacement cushion but over two weeks after they said that I still have not received anything. I messaged them several times and they have not replied or updated me since they said they would send a replacement cushion. Therefore my experience has been overall negative, I have not been able to use the air traveller and the seller now refuses to refund me, never mind compensate me for this damaged item which is useless. I don’t recommend this seller or this item.

The package was supposed to be sent the next day but after a week wasn’t sent yet. The client service responded very fast though and the package was sent a day after contacting them.

Fine, but quality of product not great

Product ziet er goed uit, heb het tentje nog niet getest. Ruikt wel wat chemisch, maar dat verwijnt hopelijk met een paar dagen luchten. Het duurde wel. erg lang (ruim 3 weken) voordat mijn bestelling onderweg was, dus bestel op tijd!
