Very pleased, lovely labels, delivered in just over 2 weeks to my house in the UK which I expected and would definitely buy from again!

Logo looked great but the QR code didnt work. Took a month to recieve order. I'll probably order some more if they hold out okay I'll just scrap the QR code idea & keep shipment timeline in mind.

I love the product but when I emailed to get more information about positioning of the logo and stuff, the answers were very brief and I kinda felt like I was in the dark. I would have *loved* having a conversation with a live person. The text or email were very, very short and I was guessing on what I was getting. I asked for the proof for the printed label and that one came out better than the woven. I'm gonna stick with the printed for value, size and position of my label. Still love the product and appreciate the work that went into making my labels.
