The patches weren't what I asked for and the customer service representative I worked with was unwilling to entertain any solution unless it involved me giving the company another $200.

Overall im satisfied with Dutch label shop. The shipping was exceptionally fast. The quality is good but I wouldn’t say fabulous for damask labels. A little rougher and itchier than I had hoped for. But overall a good option. I would order again to get started.

I have questions about an upcoming order and never get a response when I phone your customer service. They say they are busy or away from the desk, I leave a message but get no return phone call. I also tried the chat line but that bot is useless. I think you have great products but lousy customer service. And the order form leaves too many unanswered questions. For example a color choice is blue…. But what shade of blue. It would be helpful to know more or talk to someone who does.
