Great but slowest vendor I’ve ever experienced. 6 weeks to receive the labels.

Very fast order fulfillment and the product was as good as advertised.

Labels are way too large , can’t use them at all

Beautiful Labels and Outstanding Support. I would gladly recommend them.

Their website advertises a 10-14 day turnaround time but their support chat advised it is actually 3-4 weeks. They also advertise products ship from New Jersey; they do not. While I was checking on my order status, they mentioned they ship from China. So not only does their website lie about their products and turnaround time, I waited 4 weeks for my labels to arrive and they were the wrong color. Would recommend not wasting your time and finding anyone else for these. Perhaps a company that is, at the very least, truthful or delivers an accurate final product to the proof.

The quality of the cotton label is 5 stars. However, the curved part of the J on every label is missing so they look like an I. According to the website when I uploaded my image everything fit within the parameters. I think was missed opportunity for quality control in the art department.

Very disappointing when the communication, it took almost 1. 5 months to get the label and then the name is misspelled. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
