I initially received both labels in a completely different color than expected. They looked very greenish instead of yellow, but after contacting the company via WhatsApp, we quickly figured out that the black background was affecting how the colors appeared. The communication was honestly amazing. The people I spoke to were very kind, understanding, and replied really quickly. We were able to find a solution together without any complications or additional costs. They even provided photo evidence for free, which would normally cost extra, and I was allowed to keep the original labels without having to send them back. Although there was initially a mistake, the way they handled the situation really impressed me. They were accommodating, helpful, and made sure everything was sorted out without causing me any inconvenience. I'm genuinely happy with their customer service and really appreciate how smoothly everything was resolved. Definitely a positive experience overall!

Excellent experience

Patches came out good. Thanks.

Uitstekende kwaliteit en levering geheel volgens verwachting. Bedankt! Ik heb een paar eigen patches laten maken om op mijn rugzak te bevestigen, als herinnering aan Operation Market Garden en (Quick) Anger. De patches zijn precies wat ik ervan verwachtte. Erg blij met het resultaat!

Ordered 5 and received almost 30! Thank u so much Dutch label shop, they look great

I ordered the cotton tags for my crochet pieces and they printed beautifully! I was so grateful when someone reached out to me to correct my sizing, as they knew the proportions were going to cut it too close to the edge and recommended I expand the size just a bit. My only complaint is the fact that it took one month to arrive, but it doesn't bother me too much!
