I really had not envisaged it would take so long from ordering to receiving the order - company refunded in the end as it took so long. It ended up quite stressful to have to replace the labels elsewhere at very short notice as it took so long to arrive despite saying fast delivery on website.

I can’t review the products yet because I have been waiting over a month for it to arrive. Very poor communication, I have emailed several times and only got a fews vague answers days after my original email. I guess my product was lost in customs, but now I still have to wait an additional 2 weeks for the new product to ship. So by the time I get my product (if I even get it) It will be close to 2 months.

I have ordered form them before and there were zero issues, this time was terrible, i ordered DEC 9, the website said delivery dec 22, finally got the first art proof dec 24, it was wrong, resent the art, explained they had 1 mirrored that wasn't supposed to be, january 5th got the 2nd art proof, still wrong, sent it again with their art side by side, january 6th finally got the correct art, january 15th it was shipped, january 16th delivered. . I paid for fed ex 2 day to get it faster, it took over a month to get this order finished. they offered me 10% off my next order which is a slap in the face as who knows what can happen between now and if there ever will be a next order. . take my review with caution that it may be a month to a month and a half to get your order. . .

I ordered my labels in November and recived them December 3. They had someone elses name on them that I have no idea who they are. I asked for the problem to be resolved and rushed as I needed them for Christmas gifts. I just recevied them on January 10th. That is not a rushed order in my book! I will never order from this company agian.

Shipling took a bit but its well worth the wait! The quality is unmatched!

Great quality, fast delivery.

It's very disappointing, I use this company for small quantity orders, however the service does not correspond to the price charged. Every single time the orders have been delayed and its very hard to get an update from the team.

I would rate the service as above and beyond, I wanted a few patches made for some friends, after sending the design they reached out to suggest a change to the type of patch to get a better result. I am extremely happy with the result. There was nothing but help and advise given and the quality of what was produces is excellent, Thank you again to the team there.
