The team contacted me and offered me professional advice once my order was in- safe to say, I got the dimensions wrong for what I needed! They were extremely helpful in guiding me and offering their advice. The product was absolutely perfect and exactly as described. They got it right the first time and asked any questions they had to make sure they made what i envisioned. Only downside was production took almost twice as long as they claim it should but they answered all my questions and concerns i may of had in a timely manner and made sure any issues where fixed
