As i wrote before this batchwas cut differently than my first bath so it changes the look of my product. Would be better to be consistency from one batch to the next.

As the labels looked very nice as they did on my first order. The packaging was somewhat to be desired this time. I had to repress at least half of them to make them presentable. ! so that I could sew them on my products. I was not as impressed as I was with my first order. I was basically told not to order what I ordered. In the end, the labels I got are working out perfectly fine. All is good. !

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Dutch Label Shop. I ordered labels and provided the exact color code they requested. I also uploaded a reference photo and specifically requested photo proof before production. Unfortunately, the labels I received did not match the color I requested. The first order had a background that was too dark, and after contacting them, I had the same issue again—the replacement labels have a light pinkish background instead of the light beige/cream color I requested. What is especially frustrating is that I followed their instructions, provided the color code, and approved the photo proof because the background appeared beige in the proof. However, the actual labels I received look noticeably different. I even sent them a photo comparing their labels with my original hang tag so they could clearly see the difference. After having the same issue twice, I no longer wanted another replacement. I contacted them and requested a full refund, but unfortunately, I have still not received a response. My experience has been very disappointing. The communication was pleasant when I was placing my order, but once I had a problem with the product, I felt completely ignored. Based on this experience, I would not order labels from Dutch Label Shop again. I hope the company improves its customer service and takes complaints like this more seriously.

Shipping was very slow but the quality is very good so I’m pleased.

My experience was good. Emails were responded to promptly. Phone communication took a few days, but their staff is very polite. I am sure that Dutch Label have a lot of orders to fulfill because they do a good job.

I would have given this a higher rating had it not been for the slow delivery. The product itself is excellent, and I would rate the labels 5 stars. However, I think the production and delivery process should be made clearer to customers. The labels are made overseas, then shipped to New Jersey, and from there shipped to the customer. From the time I placed my order until delivery, the entire process took a little over a month, even though I requested only one minor revision. I’m very happy with the quality of the labels, but the lengthy turnaround time is something customers should be made aware of when ordering.

This is my 2nd batch and I am very pleased with the outcome. It was easy to reorder as well.

My experience with Dutch Labels was great. The labels are high quality and the shipping time was very reasonable for a customized product. Also, the status of the order was easy to locate in their portal.

Better than I expected. The woven labels are excellent quality, very well made, and the final result looks professional and refined. Delivery was also fast and everything arrived exactly as expected. They may not be the cheapest option, but in my opinion they are worth every penny. I would definitely order from Dutch Label Shop again.
