I ordered the labels while in the USA, but the delivery was delayed. I live in Portugal and worried that I would not be able to receive them there in time, but as it turned out, Dutch labels was able to send the labels to me from the Netherlands so problem solved, I received them in good time for my needs.

I would gladly do business with dutch label shop again if the need arises. I love the quality of these woven labels.

I ordered 4 different labels from this company for our brand new retail venture, and was excited to use them as the reviews were so positive. Unfortunately after over a month the labels had still never arrived, despite the tracking saying that they had been delivered, and I had no response from customer service .

I love them!!! A must if you make quilts like me

This is my second time ordered printed tags for my handmade plush business and both times were amazing!! I was expecting a super long wait but for both orders, the proof was sent me in about a week or two! And the final order shipped about a week after that which is awesome! They’re super high quality! The print is crisp, and clear! Both tags have a lot of pastel rainbow colors and they look SO VIBRANT!! They’re also soft to the touch and don’t feel scratchy on your skin! I’d highly recommend these for your fiber arts!

Absolute worst service I’ve experienced. Over 2 1/2 month period. I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right and they didn’t so now they are getting scathing reviews from me on basically every platform. As a business owner, I would never do this unless I felt justified, and in this case I do. They did not offer a satisfactory resolution to my issues which were solely their responsibility as they had “production issues“ and offered nothing but a refund on my shipping after I had spent two months complaining and begging them for updates. Absolutely disgraceful service. The product itself is fine, but with all the stress and hassle I went through, I should have just used a more reputable business and spent a slightly higher cost for a service that wouldn’t be delayed by two months.

We had our order get "lost" by the company twice. It was orginally orderd early in May and not delivered until late in June, it was over 6 weeks from an advertised 10 day process. I will not use them again, not only was the service miserable and delayed, but the solution process was terrible. On two separate occasions I was told these would ship by Friday and then Friday would roll around and I would ask for tracking and was told "oh sorry, it didn't ship". After the second time I asked for a confirmed date of shipping and never got an answer. These labels showed up 3 weeks after the job was due. We lost a client because of their service, never again. Not only am I never ordering from them again, I am telling all of our clients about this service failure. I can understand missing a timeline and having to fix a problem, I do not understand this happening twice on the same job. They have a service level, delivery issue that is systemic when it happens back-to-back.
