Love these labels!

The product was absolutely perfect and exactly as described. They got it right the first time and asked any questions they had to make sure they made what i envisioned. Only downside was production took almost twice as long as they claim it should but they answered all my questions and concerns i may of had in a timely manner and made sure any issues where fixed

The shipping wasn’t any slower than I thought it would be. When I needed help there is no response from customer service. The product that was delivered was printed poorly.

The overall experience is very bespoke. I really appreciated the option to review the first mockup and make adjustments. The process was quite slow but the quality and service was exceptionally.

Overall, the process took longer than I expected (about a month from order to delivery). I still would have ordered it knowing that in advance, and my labels came out perfectly, I just wish my expectations had been set on the front end. It's possible I missed something in the order process that said this. All in all, it was a fine experience and I'll order from here again. And know I know what to expect. Perfection takes time. 😀

Very patient with client when changes to the production are needed, I had to send higher res. pic and it took me time to do so and they stayed patient.
