They really are here for the people to educate and help change the skincare game. My favorite, go-to, skincare brand for every aspect of my routine.

My go to skincare brand

I have used Dr. Dennis Gross skin care products for many years. I appreciate the excellent customer service and quality of these products.

Item never received. Invalid tracking number provided. No response to emails.

I normally buy Dr. Dennis Gross products from another website (sephora, dermstore or skinstore) and this was the first time buying directly. The two products I purchased (masks) arrived and both were bad and unusable. I contacted customer service and received replacements quickly, but I just thought it was a bad experience to receive two bad products the first time I order from them and their customer service didn't make me feel reassured that this was abnormal or that they really cared that they sent out bad product to me. I will say that everything was prompt and very courteous

cannot get a response from customer service after many attemptsI. *attempted a chat, no response! *No one ever answers the toll-free number to assist you with your problem, so you have to leave a voicemail . I left a third voicemail, because no one answers during business hours. * sent an email yesterday, so I am trying to be patient awaiting a response . This was a splurge for me, and I had high hopes for the LED mask , but the blue light is not blue at all.

I need to return mine due to a skin reaction. I have called and left a message and also sent many emails with no response back. I need a return label
