I love DDG products, which
I love DDG products, which is saying something because I WAS totally sold on another line for quite a while. My skin is so much smoother and even with DDG, Use the peels every morning & evening, serum, and F & R anti-aging moisturizer. I believe starting with really clean skin is one of the keys.

Love the products
I’d like to begin this review by stating I LOVE Dr Dennis Gross products. My issue lies mostly with shipping. I’m not sure if perhaps there is a supply issue or if maybe it falls with the shipping carrier but I feel like my shipping has been very inconsistent. A couple of orders ago took over a month to arrive whereas other orders would take a couple of weeks. I have since had a couple of orders that are just very slow moving. When I hadn’t received my order in a few weeks I sent an email and never received a response. I waited for about a week then left sent a dm on IG, after a couple days I hadn’t received a response from the dm either so I left a comment on a post - it was never responded to. Then, a few days later, my box arrived. I have had to reach out to customer service since (my hyaluronic face mask powder was extremely chunky and discolored) I sent pictures of my concern via email and it was responded to within a couple of days and I actually just received a replacement for that product today. Other than the mask, I have had zero issues with the products. My concern is with the inconsistency of customer service support and shipping. Every time I order I find myself crossing my fingers everything goes smoothly. I’ve thought about purchasing at Sephora to avoid these issues but I’m currently a Gold Member and I’m not sure if points are applied/accepted etc when purchasing at Sephora.

Then I tried the face cleanser and now I use that. Then they sent a sample of the eye cream, and you guessed it, it’s now my morning eye cream. Basically their products are the best! Pricy yes, but definitely worth it!

Products That Work
DDG products actually get results. The IPL Dark Spot Correcting Serum has lightened my most serious dark spots. They aren't gone yet, but they are much less noticeable and that's good enough. The Daily Universal Peel has smoothed out my skin. I've recently started using the Advanced Retinol and Ferulic Serum which has softened up the few wrinkles I was beginning to get at the corners of my eyes. All in all, these products work.

Website issues
Love the products. Seems like every time I order there are website issues. Times out, errors, and I get and pay for 2 orders. They always seem to fix the issue though.

Overall this is a good
Overall this is a good product, high quality, not irritating at all. I’d purchase it again (actually I’ve already bought it more than once). However, I’m disappointed that the company doesn’t do more to make sure their packaging can be recycled. The container sure looks beautiful, but it’s not recyclable. Seems pretty environmentally irresponsible and not planet friendly. Hopefully they will change that soon.
