Love my rug. The tones are soft and muted. Greige / earthy greyish brown. Not as dark as it looks online. Matches with most colours. The only issue is the shedding, but this is expected with a wool rug. Was advised this should settle after 3 months.

Had issues with the rugs and Double team did not disappoint. They do have one of the best customer recovery. Rugs are beautiful and they are statement pieces in my house.

Absolutely love the rugs we purchased and the service was great. The only hiccup we had was with customs, so this is more a buyer beware post for anyone ordering from New Zealand. It would be helpful if Double had some customs info or warning on their site for NZ customers. I had checked for this, and thought we would be OK, yet I'm guessing we were just over the threshold or something. We ended up paying double due to the package staying an extra day in customs (no idea why). So that was not ideal. BUT, the product and efficiency from Double was fantastic. Rugs are also easy to set up - highly recommend!

Love the rug. Looks great. Easy to spot clean as well as put in the machine.

Material seems quite hard wearing. It’s like a thin flat jute like material which is great for high traffic areas. The base layer also seems like good quality and durable. With a rug this large (2x3m) it was hard for one person to lay it out. Two people much easier. I haven’t washed it yet so can’t review how that is.

Overcharged me but were quite responsive when I pointed out the overcharge and refunded the difference. I like the pad system and the rugs I purchased are nice enough

Double's side of things was great but delivery let the side down. Based on the tracking number provided my purchase was due to arrive by the 10th but when it didn't the tracking number did not update to suggest it had been delayed and would arrive 3 days later. Upon arrival the packaging was falling apart at each end and the body of the packaging had significant wholes in it. Again my experience with Double was fantastic and my rugs look amazing! But your request for feedback included delivery. I'd explore alternate couriers.

Shipping was prompt and packaging good

The item arrived and it's beautiful. The colour is nicer in real life than what it looked like on the website. It feels synthetic but it looks like real wool, it even has the same curl pattern through it. I've vaccuumed it already and there is no shedding and my cats love snoozing on it. And I can wash it if they get it grubby! Im very happy with it and it looks great in my MCM home

Shipping was so fast and the quallity is amazing.

Great service but mat is showing dirt marks very quickly. I should have chosen a mat with a patten on so dirt marks would have been less obvious.

Very happy with the customer service! Our rug came with marks from a printing error and the team were very quick to respond and arranged for a replacement rug to be sent within a few days!
