We ordered 2 rugs from Double and love them both. They arrived quickly and were easy to set up.

Customer service have continuously given new timelines for a rug that we still haven’t received. They told me it had been shipped, however only the Australia Post label was created, Australia Post has not received the item from the company. Customer Service has not responded to my last email regarding this. Pretty furious that I purchased one of the only rugs never to go on sale and it’s been a nightmare since.

The quality of the rug was more or less what I expected but the colours weren’t reflected accurately and I was disappointed I was unable to return on final sale. I now have a brand new rug with tags attached in its box not being used.

The rug is great, the long lead time in getting the rug was not, perhaps more communication whilst I was waiting would have been more helpful. Overall though I am very happy with my purchase

Ordered several samples, difficulty to get an idea of how would like in room. Customer service could be better, no follow up.

I ordered three rugs. Received one and had to follow up where the others were. I get a quick reply that there’s an issue and then nothing. Follow up again and learn that delivery is weeks away. Not good enough
