Beautiful soft rug underfoot with a nice thick pile. A bit slippery but works ok. Great size and fit. And a lovely surprise received after my purchase :)

It feels incredible, looks a tiny bit cheap BUT with cute interiors it’s still chic. It’s very cosy and cuddly. Feels great in my toes… if it was slightly thicker it may look more lush

The quality of the rug was more or less what I expected but the colours weren’t reflected accurately and I was disappointed I was unable to return on final sale. I now have a brand new rug with tags attached in its box not being used.

The rug is great, the long lead time in getting the rug was not, perhaps more communication whilst I was waiting would have been more helpful. Overall though I am very happy with my purchase

Received 1 rug in mid January, waiting for the second to be delivered. First rug great quality.

Ordered several samples, difficulty to get an idea of how would like in room. Customer service could be better, no follow up.

I ordered three rugs. Received one and had to follow up where the others were. I get a quick reply that there’s an issue and then nothing. Follow up again and learn that delivery is weeks away. Not good enough
