I was so excited that there was a place like this in my hometown. I wrote them to see how long it would take for a rush shipment as I had a friend who was visiting the states. Almost a month passed before I heard anything and this was after two emails. The responses from the customer service was curt and ironic

it's okay. overall it lasted me 3 weeks without making my scalp itch which is huge. the main issue I had was it tangled a lot during install
