I brought the hair because I was looking for a hair that does not itch. It is very itchy and I had to take the hair out after two days. The hair quality itch my scalp. Sorry, I had to be honest.

Shipping was fast. Sadly the site was out of the colours I wanted. I really wanted to try this hair. It’s non-toxic claims to be a good quality good feel so I bought the 1B water wave to do some passion twists. Normally I buy extension hair from other companies and even the straight hair gets very tangled and when I saw how what springy spiral hair it was I started to panic wondering how much of it was I going to throw out because it winds up tangled in a ball. That did not happen with this hair! I am amazed at how silky soft and springy the hair is. It’s super easy to work with and I can’t recommended enough!

Then I received my package in 3 business days. Beautifully packaged! Hair: 8/10 No washing or stretching needed, and no allergic reaction even though I have a very sensitive scalp. I did experience itchiness but I don’t think it was from the hair itself, and witch hazel helped me treat it. Hypo Approved! *Boiling* water set is required, my ends still looked frizzy after drying, and the braids began fraying within a week (but that’s probably due to technique). The hair dried after 2hrs+ with constant low heat dryer, and 12hrs+ air dry. I didn’t fully wet them after the initial boiling water set though, so I can’t speak for its liquid repellent properties. True flame retardant, it stops itself quickly and doesn’t melt off or get hot. However if you use heated tools (like straightener), the hair burns and melts - so steer clear from that. Medium weight, not light but not super heavy either. Doesn’t tangle easily, but it’s not the softest to touch. Definitely recommend brushing it before using it! The color #27 didn’t match the picture (it was lighter, and colder undertone) but still turned out beautiful in the end. Overall, I totally recommend this brand and I’ll continue getting my hair from them!

I purchased my hair in July and was able to wash and reuse it for another hairstyle in August. The hair has remained soft with minimal tangling each time I’ve used it. I’ve also noticed that it has caused minimal damage, and my scalp is not itchy like it has been with other brands in the past. I really love the variety of color options available. There are so many choices to choose from! My braider even complimented the hair, mentioning how soft and manageable it was for her. She also appreciated that it didn’t have a weird smell or residue, which some hair often has. I will definitely be a return customer!

The hair was priced at $30 per bundle and came with many promises from the seller, touting its quality and softness. However, upon receiving it, I quickly realized that it was no different than a $5 to $10 bundle of braiding hair. The texture was rough and lacked the shine I had hoped for. I assumed that due to the claim of containing fewer chemicals, the hair would feel softer and more luxurious, but that turned out to be a misleading assertion. Despite my genuine desire to like this hair, the salesperson's overenthusiastic pitch only deepened my disappointment with the product. I felt a nagging sense of regret creeping in each time I looked at the bundles.

The hair tangles extremely bad. By 2-3 weeks the leave out hair in the boho braids looks like locs it’s so tangled.

I have never had contact with a customer service so unresponsive. it takes a few messages for them to respond, and when they do, they ignore the information you've given. I've formally cancelled and requested a refund for my order, after they've failed to ship my order within a reasonable time (I've waited for 3 weeks). I have completely been ignored and the order has been shipped against my will. I am not accepting the order, and am forced to file official complaints against this business.

I was hesitant at first in buying this hair because my scalp always end up itching when I braid my hair, so I wasn’t sure if this braiding hair would work for me. But it did, the hair didn’t cause any irritation to the scalp at all, and if it did it was minor at the beginning but after a week, I was doing well. So for those that are in need of a braiding hair that doesn’t itch, I recommend this company

I ordered a week in advance of getting my hair braided I even paid extra for priority shipping the product finally came 4 days later product was sent ground not priority. trying to return as I no longer need it and get back the $$ I paid for priority my only option is exchange or store credit I no longer have faith in your shipping process. I will not be purchasing anything from dosso.

This was my initial purchase where I paid extra for priority shipping - my package was received 5. days late and I spent the last almost 4 weeks submitting for full refund but no response - just constant runaround. I followed all detail instructions, took pictures and sent if my unopened package to return but never received a return label or instructions. I won't order again.
