Pros - I like the fact that this hair is safe from harsh chemicals, including alkaline. Also, I was able to create ponytail and bun styles with this hair, so it is versatile. Cons - The hair is a bit too rough, and I would have liked it if it were softer to avoid any stripping on finer textures, similar to the Bundle Pack of Non-Toxic Hypoallergenic Braiding Hair.

I love that the hair was non-toxic, I researched on Consumer Reports and this was the only synthetic hair with no heavy metals. The color was perfect and it is so soft. I would love to see more fun colors like pastels. I don't get braids often but I will definitely use this hair again when I want to change up my look.

The 3 packs of 16” hair came faster than I expected so that was a plus for me. I would also like if you had packs of 12” and 10”.

I decided to give Dosso Beauty hair a try given the report on the metals found in other brands. I like the transparency on Dosso Beauty's website about the findings in the Consumer Reports. The hair is soft and easy to use with very little tangling and no smell. So far so GREAT (better than good). I like the hair so much I have told friends and family members.

This is my second time buying this hair and I would recommend! However, I still haven’t figured out how to properly moisturize it. After about 3 weeks I’ve noticed it loses a bit of its bounce and softness, but I’m sure thats due to user error lol. I’m definitely going to purchase this hair again and try a new product on it. I would love to see their take on miracle knots!

I’ve only used the other braiding hair, not this particular one for Boho look but it seems to be ok. The curl isn’t as deep as some other toxic brands but if it’s between something that’s safe for me and something cuter but toxic, I’m staying with the safe & less curly! The kinky braiding hair is wonderful! I’ve used it to braid my own hair and it doesn’t tangle as easily as other toxic brands! It sheds a little as expected but honestly again not as much as other brands. Yes this is more expensive but I won’t put a $ value on my health especially as someone who already deals with some things health wise, the last I need to do is add more potential damage to my body! The only thing I now want is a fiber that’s more human hair like on a weft for sew ins! I LOVE that these fibers are safe and will continue to buy!

1B/39J and 1B : 28" 3 Bundle Pack of Non-Toxic Hypoallergenic Braiding Hair: Pros: I think this braiding hair is great quality and resembles human hair, and like that it is safe to use without any harsh chemicals, as stated in two scientific reports. Cons: The braid tangles a lot if you don't know how to separate it. Also, the colour of the hair wasn't what I expected because I thought it was more of a black tone with a little bit of red undertones, so I should have only ordered one 1B/39J and more of the 1B based on my preference. I wish Dosso would show the actual hair colour more clearly on their website. If you are buying the colour for the first time try to buy one pack instead to initially see what it looks like.
