No problems with this hair. I’ve been wearing Xpressions hair for years and it would often irritate my scalp and I would have terrible lumps and bumps in my scalp. This braiding hair so far I have not had any issues, super gentle on my scalp and I love the colour. I would suggest buying two or three packs of this especially if you’re doing longer braids

This hair is so great. No tangling, no irritation to my scalp, and a little goes a long way. Not only is it way softer than any other braiding hair I’ve used, it’s the only brand I found that was safe and free from lead and other harmful ingredients, and I did A LOT of research. Packaged with care and quick delivery. Will definitely be ordering from Dosso again.

Cons: Delivery time could be better. Lost out on a braider because hair did not show up when stated. Had to book at higher price. No discount from customer service when told about my dilemma. The price is already high but thats understandable due to being newer in the market. Pros: hair soft and manageable. Braider liked it and really liked non toxic factor. Color is pretty. Assurance of non toxicity is priceless. Thank you for bringing this to us.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping/ I received an email message the day that the order was due to arrive indicating that it was still in process. I feel that this is unacceptable. When I requested a refund rather than an exchange I was told that was not possible. I then asked for the information to speak with a supervisor and never received any follow up. The significant delay in processing was due to no fault of my own. At the very least the payment for expedited shipping should have been returned to me. . I am very disappointed with this company.

The product arrrived quickly. The hair was soft and did not have an odor. I didn’t experience any scalp irritation like I’ve had with other products. I highly recommend Dosso and will use them moving forward for my braiding needs.

Your items are constantly not in stock, can’t give you a rating if my delivery is always pending. I am getting turned off at this point.
