Excellent customer service and product

I recently combed out my locs after 8 years. When my hair was previously free of locs and I would wear extensions, my scalp would become so irritated. Extremely itchy, dry and inflamed. So I was super nervous about braiding my hair. My stylist recommended this brand and when I say “GAME CHANGER” I mean it hunnie! I’ve had these braids in for almost a month and my scalp is not angry with me. She is calm, not itchy, not inflamed, she is keeping classy! And I love that for her. I’m in love with this brand! A couple of other observations is this hair is softer, doesn’t feel like plastic like the regular synthetic braiding hair. And I still have 2 bundles left 😎! Worth every penny!

So proud of this purchase. I had to be patient on both ends, but it happened! After my hair arrived, my adorable braided bun was done. When I tell you the hair quality, and the no itching I experienced- a whole other level. Very happy. My new brand. I hope they make other grades because I want to try sooo many styles now. I will definitely be ordering more hair next month when I do my braids over. This hair didn’t itch or anything and I’m still currently wearing it. It wasn’t heavy and didn’t hurt my sensitive scalp I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Clean hair I keep it braided for a month now. When I use other store brands it start itching in two days.

Hair was nice - shipping was timely.

On top of the shipping taking way too long to receive, apparently the hair is too soft for braiders to do a two of strand twist, I tried two different braiders and both times my braids fell off of my head, 5 days the first time and 48 hrs the second time. I love the light weight of the braids so I will try a third time with box braids instead and a shorter length.

This hair is easy to manage. Works just as good or better than the hair I normally buy. Takes a while to come so, order weeks before you need it. Well worth the wait though.

The hair is amazing and worth the money. However, the customer service is beyond unsatisfactory. I ordered 9 bundles of hair, only received 8. I sent photo proof, and instead of accommodating either a refund or sending another bundle they insisted that there was no error on their end and that their factory scanned exactly 9. Even, suggesting I report the missing bundle of hair to the courier service, despite the package being undamaged! It was actually an absolutely ridiculous suggestion. I am very torn because their hair is wonderful, but this exchange left me extremely frustrated. Last time i ordered from amazon, and had no problems.

My stylist found it easy to use and being hypoallergenic was a huge purchase point for me.

I gave the product 2 stars only because the product was okay. . However my after sales service experience was not good. I purchased four 16 inch grey braids in April but I received 3 16inch and 1 28 inch in error . My hairdresser recognized this when she had already installed the 16 inch braids this week. and tried her best to work with the 28 inch in front. . . I was not totally satisfied The customer service rep. Totally disregarded the fact that this was the companys fault and kept repeating the company's policy of 30 days return. . and bluntly informed me that their decision ,to not compensate me for the inconvenience that the company caused will not change. . . . . what has happened to customer satisfaction? Is it no longer important. This is very sad Dissatisfied customer

This is my second order, but the video is from the first order. I am so happy about this braiding hair . Dosso Beauty is the best braiding hair on the market! As long as the brand sticks to its promise to not only provide top notch customer care but keep those highly toxic chemicals from the hair I will be your proverbial cheerleader for life. This hair is so soft, and there's a reasonable amount offered in a package. Some say, it's too expensive, but I say a doctor's visit cost more!! Ask my 4 year old niece .

I ordered a specific color to be told days later that they were out of stock. Asked to cancel my order since it was an error on their part and they refused. Now I have a credit for hair I don’t need and had to spend more money to get the hair I actually needed for my appointment.

First time getting braids done after having Sisterlocks for over five years. I wanted to put something nice and as chemical free as possible so I decided to go with this brand after reading the Consumer Reports article. I'm happy thus far.
