I loved his hair! It was very easy to braid with, true to length, silky, but blends with my natural hair, and arrived on time. I would say to not dip it in boiling hot water. After boiling the water, let it sit for a few minutes before dipping.

My order was fulfilled right away and shipped in a timely manner. This aspect of the service was excellent.

I would like to review the product but I still don't have it. I placed an order on 5/8. When I purchased, it stated it would ship on 5/13. I sent a text on 5/15 to follow-up and was told on 5/18 that it takes 2 weeks for pre-orders to ship. However, I checked the website again & when you place a pre-order in the shopping cart, it states it will ship after 1 week. I sent another text on 5/21 asking if it will be more than 2 weeks & was told it is now expected to ship within 1 week (so 5/28 or 29) which will be 3 weeks since I placed the order. We'll see what happens. . . .
