Great! Better than I though

This braiding hair was perfect. It was extremely lightweight and comfortable to wear, even for extended periods, and very easy to install and style. I had no allergic reactions at all, which is a huge plus and exactly what I was looking for. The quality exceeded my expectations, and it felt gentle on my scalp while still looking great. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for non-toxic, hypoallergenic braiding hair.

This product is 100% as advertised. I have been afraid to get braids for years due to the excessive itching I continued to experience with other products. Not Dosso though. My scalp is happy and itch free. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I absolutely love this hair! This will be the only brand I will be purchasing from now on. I love how it feels and most importantly, it doesn't make my scalp itch. Definitely well worth it.

It took me months to write this review because I truly didn’t want to acknowledge the level of disrespect I experienced from the hairdresser, Keira. I believed we had a good relationship as I’d gone to her several times since 2021 and always tipped well. My last appointment, however, changed everything. I received loc extensions, a style I usually love. While the locs themselves were larger than I wanted, the real issue became obvious shortly after installation: my parts were completely butchered. They were inconsistent in size and shape, scattered across my head with no uniformity whatsoever. Some parts were shaped like triangles, rectangles, circles, octagons, and even trapezoids. As my hair grew out, the mismatched parts became painful and difficult to manage as the odd shapes pulled at different parts of my scalp. I’m especially disappointed because, as a returning client, I expected care and consistency. She also didn’t give me a straight middle part, which is something I specifically wanted. the middle part was deliberately off center. . . After reflecting on the experience, I can’t help but feel she may have been upset about the payment, four hundred twenty dollars is what i paid, despite me telling her clearly that she could charge whatever she needed to for the service. maybe she wanted more?? I told her she could charge what she wanted. I genuinely thought I had found my long-term stylist, but I was wrong. I won’t be returning. it makes me so sad.

I ordered the hair and paid nearly $50 for expedited/overnight shipping. The shipment was delayed which is the fault of the shipper (UPS) however in order to have the shipper give me returned funds for the shipping that didn’t come on time, Dosso had to initiate the call and complaint on my behalf which they’ve refused to do. I’ve spent hours on the phone talking to UPS and Stamps. com and trying to get the refund of the shipment fee to me directly but they refuse and since Dosso won’t contact them on my behalf, I’m out the funds. They won’t respond to emails, calls or texts. Worst customer experience I have dealt with in a long time.

i feel bad writing this review but i was dizzy for months using this hair and once i switched to another brand the dizziness went away.

I have been using this brand for the last 5 years, and it's the best. My daughters no longer complain about itching, and they do not get pimples on their faces like before. I have and would recommend this brand to anyone who wants a healthy protective style.

I order the 1b 39j braiding hair, but am frustrated at the fact that when my stylist goes to rods and dip hair, hair comes out looking frizzy, dry, and nappy. Not sure why. Very hesitant to buy this again. Not my first time purchasing. Also left 2 text messages in regards to this and got no response.

Love the hair. It’s soft and lightweight. Would purchase again.

All I can sat is I will not be purchasing hair from anywhere else. I've had my braids for about 6 weeks which unusual for me. With other hair my scalp would itch so bad that I would take them out with week or 2. Sometimes even days. My scalp is so sensitive but I can honestly say that this hair does not bother me at all. I love it. Thanks dosso beauty for creating such a great hair line for us.
