As someone who is highly allergic to a synthetic hair products I have really enjoyed this hair. This is my second time purchasing it and I’m sure I’ll purchase it in the future.

I did medium large knotless on myself knee length I bought 4 packs with 3 bundles in each I only ended up using one of the 3 packs. Depending on your hair thickness you may need 2 packs but I decided to not feed in too many pieces of hair so it’s up to you

The first time in my life where I didn't have to pre-soak or wash the hair. The beautician took the hair straight from the pack and braided my hair. No itchiness, no discomfort, no bleeding dye on my scalp. Looks great, feels great. I purchased several packs and will be using this brand from now on. Run, don't walk to purchase this hair!

I was very, very skeptical about my purchase and the claim of “no itch” hair. I tried it because I had tried many other hair and products that claimed similar things. I must confess I am thankfully here to say “It’s True”! This is the first braiding hair I have purchased that has not made my head feel like it was on fire at times or constantly itching after being installed. I will be purchasing more hair!!!

I got a bad reaction from this hair. It made my son and I sick. As soon as I took the hair out we both started to get better. I emailed the company to let them know and ask for a refund, even partial and their response was: “While our products are dermatologist-tested, hypoallergenic, and free from many of the harsh chemicals found in other brands, we also recognize that individual sensitivities can vary. Because reactions can sometimes be caused by a number of different factors during the braiding process (such as gels, combs, or other products used), we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds in this case. ” Which is a terrible response, my hair was braided with the same exact products afterwards but with different hair and I had no reaction. So if you’re like me and have a reaction, I had to take Benadryl and put witch hazel in my hair to stop it. Proceed with caution.

Once my hair was done and was dipped it became very tangled and nappy looking. I called the shop to ask what should I do I was instructed to braid and re dip the hair which only made it worst , and I had no choice but to take the hair out. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Honestly, this has been the worst experience I've had so far with ordering online. Unresponsive customer service. Unhelpful, to say the least, when they do reply. Order wasn't sent after 3 weeks. I demanded a cancellation, as the supplier should sent within a reasonable time. They ignored my requests till today and sent the order anyway.

I brought the hair because I was looking for a hair that does not itch. It is very itchy and I had to take the hair out after two days. The hair quality itch my scalp. Sorry, I had to be honest.

Shipping was fast. Sadly the site was out of the colours I wanted. I really wanted to try this hair. It’s non-toxic claims to be a good quality good feel so I bought the 1B water wave to do some passion twists. Normally I buy extension hair from other companies and even the straight hair gets very tangled and when I saw how what springy spiral hair it was I started to panic wondering how much of it was I going to throw out because it winds up tangled in a ball. That did not happen with this hair! I am amazed at how silky soft and springy the hair is. It’s super easy to work with and I can’t recommended enough!

Price: 10/10 $30 for a 3-bundle set is a steal considering the quality and length of the hair! Shipping: 10/10 Very quick, my order got processed within 24hrs and shipped within 48hrs. Then I received my package in 3 business days. Beautifully packaged! Hair: 8/10 No washing or stretching needed, and no allergic reaction even though I have a very sensitive scalp. I did experience itchiness but I don’t think it was from the hair itself, and witch hazel helped me treat it. Hypo Approved! *Boiling* water set is required, my ends still looked frizzy after drying, and the braids began fraying within a week (but that’s probably due to technique). The hair dried after 2hrs+ with constant low heat dryer, and 12hrs+ air dry. I didn’t fully wet them after the initial boiling water set though, so I can’t speak for its liquid repellent properties. True flame retardant, it stops itself quickly and doesn’t melt off or get hot. However if you use heated tools (like straightener), the hair burns and melts - so steer clear from that. Medium weight, not light but not super heavy either. Doesn’t tangle easily, but it’s not the softest to touch. Definitely recommend brushing it before using it! The color #27 didn’t match the picture (it was lighter, and colder undertone) but still turned out beautiful in the end. Overall, I totally recommend this brand and I’ll continue getting my hair from them!

I purchased my hair in July and was able to wash and reuse it for another hairstyle in August. The hair has remained soft with minimal tangling each time I’ve used it. I’ve also noticed that it has caused minimal damage, and my scalp is not itchy like it has been with other brands in the past. I really love the variety of color options available. There are so many choices to choose from! My braider even complimented the hair, mentioning how soft and manageable it was for her. She also appreciated that it didn’t have a weird smell or residue, which some hair often has. I will definitely be a return customer!
