All I can sat is I will not be purchasing hair from anywhere else. I've had my braids for about 6 weeks which unusual for me. With other hair my scalp would itch so bad that I would take them out with week or 2. Sometimes even days. My scalp is so sensitive but I can honestly say that this hair does not bother me at all. I love it. Thanks dosso beauty for creating such a great hair line for us.

Shipping was quick with no issues. All items were received in a timely manner.

Would have preferred boho hair with deeper waves/curls. It looks almost straight. Braiding hair is great. Delivery was on time.

I have had no issues with this hair. I now use it on myself and my 6 year old. My braider said it's great quality and she braids with it with no problem. Shipping was super fast. I ordered last minute and still got it a day before I needed it. I love the rush option.

I reached out to return this product twice and have yet to hear back. The color of the hair is darker than on the website and I want to return and then buy a lighter color but I cannot get a response from the company which is disappointing.

There was some orange glue like material on the hair. This is my second time purchasing this hair, so I was surprised to have this issue. It would be nice it the hair were pre-stretched as well.

I was so happy with what I read about dosso hair. The hair was silky smooth and felt really good. A couple hours after completing my hair I start itching. The next morning I woke and my scalp was on fire and my face was broke out. I immediately called my dermatologist and she got me in to see her. She instructed me to take the hair out. She prescribed a shampoo and two tropical creams. I contacted Dosso customer service and explained what happened and was told it couldn't send the remaining hair back. They didn't apologize for the negative experience. Basically just brushed me off. Very bad experience.
