Shipping was surprisingly fast; UPS had the label same day and the package the next morning.

Although initial order arrived with wrong unit the error was fixed promptly and staff was responsive to my need to solve the issue with haste because I was leaving for a hunting trip. If you are a1 ear hunter this unit is the only too keep track of your dog in heavy cover.
