It’s great. Paired with a bungee collar and 3/4” contacts, I’m getting a much more reliable contact on my heeler’s double coat compared to my old 1900ncp. The only recommendations I have are adding another button so nick, constant, and boost are all available. Along the same lines, it’d be if the light were on the outermost side from the neck. Overall, vast improvement and nearly perfect. The boost is a game changer.

I’m pleased with the new charger and received it within a few days of placing my order.

Great e collar . Love the smaller size

Much better than my old Garmin Alpha - I have had two complete systems for two dogs and neither lasted. Also, the Garmin updates were hard to do and customer support for their dog products was terrible. So far this system is working great, and if it lasts as long as my other Dogtra products, I will be very pleased.

The new batteries rejuvenated our 20 + year old collar , it still gets used every day!!

It was great to order a new battery vs having to get a new clicker or system. It was easy to install with simple pictorial/written instructions with the battery, The battery came with a new double-sided tape to hold it in place. Easy to install and I am happy
