Charger worked perfectly for my old IQ!! It was shipped faster than I thought it would take which was a nice bonus.

Replacement works great. Old one would not charge unless you twisted the connection just right on one of the two. This fixed that irritation.

shipping was spot on and came fast.

What I needed in timely manner

Exactly the right one and it works well

Arrived quickly. Works well on the younger dog- probably need longer contact points for my thicker coated GSD

Excellent batteries and easy to install.

The young man that helped me, was very knowledgeable, and got me the right item.

Order was accurate & was delivered in a timely manner. No complaints. Thank you.

Great customer service and the replacement charger came sooner than expected!

I was very pleased with Dogtra’s service. They shipped the antenna right away.

Great product! So easy to add a 2nd receiver and it works beautifully for both pups!

Great product but only have one complaint. The new battery needs to come with a few pieces of sticky tape to adhere the battery to the inner case as from the factory. The battery is intended to be stationary while inside the transmitter case and this was not possible with the new battery sent.

The people at Dogtra have always been extremely helpful.

Long prongs are perfect for my lg breed long fur dog.

Well made, works great.

Battery works great in my handheld transmitter.

Thank you for help ad quick service

It was very easy to replace the battery. Back up and running in no time.
