easy to communicate with

I used it for the first time in the field today. With the new features and buttons it is way easier to use than just the Pathfinder App. I found it to operate like any other Ecollar system now whether gps or not- where you want to have quick access to communication with the dog, customizable button functions were perfect for me to configure what felt comfortable. All functions worked on our hunt- dog putting 22 miles and we put in 8-9. -Stagecoach Pointers, LLC

Our dog chewed through the cord on the charger for his Dogtra collar. We ordered a new charger through the Dogtra website. An incorrect charger was sent to us. We called Dogtra about the issue. All we needed to do was send them a picture of the information on the charger they had sent to us. After confirming that it was the wrong charger for our dog's collar, they immediately shipped the correct charger to us. Customer service was very good.
