Great product and great quality the product came in a timely manner and showed up when it said it was going to show up

originally thinking i would need to get a new controller, replacing the battery was a cheaper and easy solution

Liking it so far!

Works fantastic. No cell service needed and no subscription.

This battery helped me revive my 202NCP collar that's been sitting for over a decade. Thank you, Tyler, for this recommendation!

Great product and great service

Fast service!!

The team was super helpful in helping me decipher the exact batteries that I was in need of. Once I ordered them, they came with the needed adhesive for installation.

Was exactly what I needed to replace the knob on my new Arc-X remote after my dog got a hold of it and chewed it.

Extra effort

Good collar and good looking!! Not crazy about the toggle switch when i have multiple dogsI on the ground.

Great product. Much better than the one I'm replacing. Love the light and beep.

I love the color of this X-Shield. It stands out in the field if I drop it, and fantastic color anyway!!

So far so good. I do wish I didn’t have to reset the e-fence power level every time I turn it on. The power level keeps resetting to 30, which is too low to keep my dog from crossing it.

excellent all the way around

This is my fourth collar. My original two are twelve and fourteen years old. Both are still going strong! Great collars and outstanding customer service! Thanks

Very good

Received my new collar system in a very timely fashion. Quality is extremely high
