Who knew that shopping for a mattress could be so stressful? I think I did more research on this purchase than I have with car purchases but I can safely say I am COMPLETELY satisfied with my purchase and even more satisfied with the customer service I have received from DLX. I now have about 17 nights of sleep on my new LatexLux Hybrid and have never slept better!

We are happy with our new mattress. We received within a week of identifying our old mattress was the cause of restless sleep, overdue for replacement and ordering. It’s to soon to give it 5 stars since we were expecting it to be firmer (floor hard) and we’re still adjusting.

I’m loving my new mattress. It’s both comfortable and supportive and the ability to switch out the memory foam in the future makes me think I’ll have many years of use with it. Personalized customer service and a fair price, combined with a superior product is rare these days. A BIG thanks to Jim at DLX who helped me so much in the buying process.

We went down the mattress rabbit hole big time and tried out and returned way too many mattresses. In the end the mattress we decided to keep was the DLX premier hybrid in medium. The mattress strikes a wonderful balance between support and pressure relief. We love that we can replace the middle 3” comfort layer down the road rather than buying a whole new mattress. Customer service has been top notch all the way from everyone. They offered to customize to a considerable extent but in the end we decided we just liked the mattress the way it came. We originally purchased a king size and needed to return that for a cal king and the return process for the king was very, very simple. Just buy the premier hybrid and if you don’t like it, they will work with you to tweak the comfort layer.

Great service - prompt replies to emails with questions before ordering and good shipping time, despite some delays out of DLX control due to snow storms in the NE.

The quality of the mattress seems to be very good, this experience is after only one week of having it, of course. I would like to emphasize a very good support of the DLX stuff, especially Jim, who guided me through all questions I had before buying the mattress. Since no show rooms are available these days, trying/feeling the mattress is impossible before actual buying it. He showed incredible patience and I'm grateful for this help because it made all the difference.
