Shipping is slow, but the product (firm two-sided mattress) seems great, assuming it lasts a long time.

Good attention to detail and a very communicative crew.

Base was easy to install, but the feet are super cheap and it causes the frame to wobble with any kind of movement on a King bed. We had to remove 2 of the three extra pieces to make the bed shorter so that it doesn't wobble as much, but it still wobbles more than the cheap bed frame we used to have from ikea.

I LOVE my new mattress!! I am so excited to support an American company. I am also so happy that it’s a flippable bed. You can’t really find those anywhere. Everything went well. I appreciate you taking the time to send a replacement top in soft latex, since the medium latex was too firm for me. Since I am a side sleeper, having a softer top helps me sleep so much better!

We are in Ohio so for us at least shipping was quick, efficient and the hed was packed well. It is heavy so make sure you have help to get it in the house. Very pleased

After more than a year of reading about the "top" reviewed mattresses and finding the bad reviews quite often surpassed the good I changed my thinking. I had purchased a latex topper for a sofa bed in desperate need of a new mattress. The latex topper made all the difference in the comfort level of the bed. I actually slept well and had no pain in the morning, so why not look for a latex mattress? I found full latex mattresses but then thought maybe twelve inches of solid latex would be too hard in itself. It was then I saw an ad for the family owned DLX Mattress Company. They didn't even make your mattress until you ordered it! Most every review was complimentary and the fact that we could get two separate softness sides spoke volumes. Then I read that after thirty days of sleeping on the latex pads, if the softness level didn't suit you, they would send you a new latex layer free of charge. We are so pleased with our Queen size bed, half soft latex and half medium. I have back issues and knew I needed a mattress with good support yet I also needed a mattress that would cushion my back and prevent pressure point pain. We've been sleeping on this mattress for two weeks now. My soft side is cushy but supportive and my husband is more than happy with his medium level layer. I made the right choice for us! Maybe I'm too sensitive since I didn't expect to feel the DLX mattress tufts through a quality mattress cover. To avoid it, I've had to add a 2 inch memory foam mattress topper. Otherwise, the mattress is comfortable, supportive, and it expanded quickly. I love that it's two-sided, which will allow for even wear. I hope to enjoy many years sleeping on this mattress.

Exactly the 2-sided, not too thick mattress what we were looking for, but the springs are a little springier than we expected, making it not quite as firm as expected. We're using this on a slatted platform with a 2" latex topper, a bit of cushioning that much improves it. Together they feel GREAT to lie on, and we're sleeping well.

We are very happy with our mattresses! We have bought 2 in the last six months and intend on buying more to eventually replace every mattress in this house! We spent nearly $3k on a king size mattress a few years ago and it has been the worst mattress we have ever had. I researched mattresses for nearly a year for the current purchases. I had never heard of DLX before then. I bought the mattress based on reddit reviews and youtube and recommendations from mattress gurus on the internet, hoping only that it was at least better than what we had. The mattresses have far exceeded my low expectations. We are very happy with our DLX purchases. Great job.
