The unit purchased does not allow the strip to remain wedged along the edge seam of the unit. There needs to be a nother mechanism to hold the cover over the display rather than using tape each time.

Email communication with your team is quite poor. If you don’t have same day response you should note that in an auto reply. I would suggest a different method of communication since most jobs have sharp deadlines.

We liked the back-drop, but we paid over $1,000 more to receive it in 1 day instead of 2 days, and the package was still delivered in 2 days. We've asked for a refund MANY times (which FedEx should have sent to you, since it wasn't delivered in time), but it still hasn't been sent back to us.
