In the course of use, we misplaced two small parts of our display structure. When we contacted Displayit to inquire about obtaining replacement parts, we were informed that individual replacement components are not available. The only solution offered was a 25% discount toward the purchase of an entirely new display structure at an approximate cost of $450. Given the nature of modular display systems, it is reasonable to assume that situations involving misplaced or damaged components occur from time to time. As such, we were disappointed to learn that there is no practical pathway for customers to obtain replacement parts or otherwise resolve this type of issue without incurring the cost of purchasing a full replacement unit. It seems that this is a very simple fix though it didn't seem a priority with this company. Nonetheless, we will not be working with this company going forward.

The whole process with this company was outstanding. The communication was exceptional from design to questions to shipment. We ended up having to order just the frames and extra fabrics due to multiple shows in English and Spanish. We spoke to multiple customer servicer reps who were very helpful. For someone who's not the best assembling, I was able to do it alone, and was blown away by the quality.
